Intention setting, guided meditation, music, and the practice of specific facilitated breath pattern(s) are all part of the experience.
There will be some time at the end of the session to ground and integrate any insights or reflections.
My approach is collaborative, and I trust and honor the pace, intensity, and type of breath that is right for you at the time of our session.

Everyone can do some level of breathwork, especially for shorter duration sessions. If you’re working with me in longer duration sessions there are certain health conditions that require medical clearance.
Please note I am not a trained medical or mental health professional. Benefits from breathwork can be achieved as a stand alone experience AND it is an excellent pairing with purely mind-based and physical modalities.
